Mediaprobe is looking for a proactive and experienced Solution Engineer (SE) who possesses a minimum of 3 years of experience.
Mediaprobe is a media measurement company, playing at the forefront of the industry, by revolutionizing the way emotional impact is measured and quantified in media.
As a Solution Engineer you will help present our solution and its value to prospective clients. In this role you will be an integral part of the sales cycle working along our account executives in developing relationships with prospective clients in the US and European markets.

You will report to the Head of Sales and work closely with sales, marketing, and product teams to deliver a seamless client experience.
Is it you we’re looking for?
Key Responsibilities:
- Present to prospective customers how Mediaprobe product works and how it can be used to solve customer needs
- Be able to eloquently speak about the different technologies for measurement of audiences for video and audio
- Evaluate our product’s fit for prospective customers’ needs
- As the first Solution Engineer at Mediaprobe, develop processes, tools, and documents for the function
- Support account executives as needed to help complete a sales process
- Provide feedback to the product team on customer needs
Requirements:
Must have
Basic:
- 3 years of relevant professional experience (Solution Engineer, Management consulting, etc)
- Ability to acquire deep knowledge of Mediaprobe solutions and how they fit in the marketplace
- Experience presenting to senior management, ideally in a commercial setting
- Ability to work in an unstructured environment typical of a fast-paced start-up
- Ability to describe product functionality and value add in detail and ability to converse in technical lingo
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, ability to work cross-functionally
- Advanced experience with PowerPoint and Intermediate Excel skills
Advanced:
- Proficient in delivering software demonstrations in person and virtually
- Executive-level presentation skills
- Experience in prior tech company as a solution engineer
- 5 years of professional experience
